During the last trimester, the P4 children have been working on Kandinsky’s project. We have seen some of his most famous paintings and we have recreated one of them: Squares with concentric circles. As we analyzed them we discovered that Kandinsky used different shapes in his drawings like circles, squares, triangles, rectangles, lines, curves, stars… really simple shapes that we can reproduce easily to create our own Kandinsky. In groups of 4 or 5 kids, always reaching an agreement, they had to invent their painting, name it and sign it. Look what an incredible new collection we have got!
