You must go to the school’s office or call to express your interest. Your details will be noted, and you will be notified about the open house and informational session before the pre-registration period. The Department of Education sets the calendar during the first quarter of the year. From there, pre-registration is processed for Preschool (2nd cycle), Primary, and Secondary Education.

Towards the end of the school year or during summer, the BOE publishes calls for scholarship applications.

Types of scholarships:

• Aid for students with specific educational needs: For families with children who have disabilities or serious behavioral disorders. Family social and economic situation also considered. Apply online at www.mecd.gob.es. Deadline usually by late September.
• Home education due to prolonged illness: For compulsory education students who can’t attend school for over 30 days. Apply anytime during the year via http://familiaiescola.gencat.cat.

They should report it to Reception during the 11:00 break.

They must notify a teacher or monitor, who will send them to the nurse. Students must not call parents directly. The nurse will assess and contact the family if needed.

From 8:45 to 16:45 for Preschool and Primary, and from 8:00 to 17:00 for ESO and 1st Baccalaureate. ESO students have Wednesday afternoons off. 1st Baccalaureate has Wednesday and Friday afternoons off. 2nd Baccalaureate has morning classes only, 8:00 to 14:10.

Langcentre offers intensive English classes from 1st Primary to 2nd Baccalaureate, midday and afternoon. Groups are based on level and number of students. Also provides classes for university students, teachers, and parents. Cambridge certifications start from 3rd Primary. Exams (Starters, Movers, Flyers) are held at school. Submit an online return, bring the clothing and return code to the secretary, then buy the correct size.
